Step w choreography – Warm up with step bench and learning choreography. Finally rendering with step bench

Fat burning step – After warm up, learn basic skills w/wo dumbbell. Finally rendering with step bench and relaxing.

Dance step – Step combined with dance. Easy to learn and repeat. Suggested those, who likes various choreography. After warm up learning choreography, finalyy rendering. Good mood, funny music!

Fit-ball – Recreation device developed for safe cardio muscular load and at the same time protecting bones and joints. After warm up, learning basic choreography with ball, after loading of main muscle groups, then relaxing with ball.

Zumba – Zumba is Latin inspired fitness, moves all of your muscle groups. All of following mentioned styles are in the choreography: Salsa, Rumba, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Samba, Flamenco, Hastánc, Afrikai táncok, Calypso, Quebradita, American Mix, Merengue, Bachata, Pop, Tango, Hip-Hop, Batukada, Vallenato, Cha Cha, Conga, Axé etc.
